Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

All products offered by Branskotel are described with reasonable accuracy on our website and in our store. We make every effort to ensure that product images, specifications, and prices are accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products with incorrect pricing information.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of any product.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order with Branskotel, you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems with your payment method.

3.1. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash (for in-store purchases). All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. For wholesale orders, we may offer additional payment options such as purchase orders and term payments, subject to credit approval.

3.2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. An order is not accepted until we send you a shipping confirmation email or until the product is ready for pickup at our store.

  • Order Processing - Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability and payment verification.
  • Payment Verification - We may contact you to verify payment information for security purposes, which could delay order processing.
  • Order Cancellation - You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Wholesale Orders - Wholesale orders may require additional processing time and may be subject to different payment terms as specified in your wholesale agreement.
  • Taxes - All prices include VAT for retail customers. For wholesale customers, prices may be displayed excluding VAT, as specified in your wholesale agreement.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Branskotel offers shipping throughout Poland and the European Union. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. We make every effort to ensure that orders are shipped promptly and delivered within the estimated timeframe, but we do not guarantee delivery dates.

    Delivery Times - Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within Poland and 5-10 business days for international orders, depending on the destination.

    Shipping Delays - We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Product Quality Guarantee

At Branskotel, we stand behind the quality of our products. All new products come with the manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished products come with our own quality guarantee. We carefully inspect and test all products before they are sold to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and performance.

Upon delivery, please inspect your order promptly. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if there is a discrepancy between the product ordered and received, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it according to our return policy outlined below.

5.1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Certain products, such as opened software, custom-configured items, and special order products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

5.2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number may not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

  • Refund Processing - Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges - If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or color, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
  • Defective Products - If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the defective product at our expense.
  • Wholesale Returns - Wholesale orders may be subject to different return policies as specified in your wholesale agreement.
  • Restocking Fee - A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returned products, particularly for wholesale orders or high-value items.

6. Warranty and Support

All new products sold by Branskotel come with the manufacturer's warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty vary by manufacturer and product. Refurbished products come with our own warranty, typically 90 days from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

For warranty service, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you with the warranty claim process, which may involve returning the product to us or directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Branskotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our products or services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service that is the subject of the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

For customers in the European Union, these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws and regulations.
